Winnwell is a Canadian hockey company that's been around since 1906. Sold predominately through Canadian Tire, it was perceived as a discount brand amongst hockey players.
What we did
We repositioned Winnwell as a value brand that is able to sell their high-quality equipment for less because they don't pay NHL players to use their sticks. Couple that with providing a warranty that's twice the industry average and we helped Winnwell build a compelling story to reinvigorate the brand with both consumer and retailers.
How it worked
Winnwell to increased retailer interest in carrying the Winnwell brand while supporting an increase in online sales.
