The Challenge
Master Mechanic has 45+ locations across Ontario, and has aggressive goals to expand each year. Initially, our relationship started as a corporate branding exercise, answering the question of who Master Mechanic is and how they should be portrayed both in physical and digital spaces. As the relationship grew, Octopus Ink transitioned into a Fractional CMO role for Master Mechanic.
What we did
As Fractional CMO for Master Mechanic, Octopus Ink is responsible for all things marketing including but not limited to: strategic planning, annual budget planning and management, new store launches, promotions, media, franchise development, store signage, video production, social media and website management.
How it worked
With a hyper focus on brand consistency & brand awareness tactics funnelling down to promotion tactics, Master Mechanic has seen an increase in brand recall, increased engagement and leads in the digital space, increase in franchise inquiries and the successful launch of many new locations in net new markets.
