The Vicinity Rewards product offering was developed by Rogers based on a need identified by market research: small business merchants wanted to deploy a flexible program for their customers to generate brand preference and loyalty. Rogers needed to bring the program to life and build both merchant and customer awareness.
What we did
We worked with Vicinity to develop a comprehensive brand identity, including logo, tagline and sales materials. We supported the website development with user experience and creative design services, and choreographed a digital display buy to generate brand awareness amongst consumers at launch.
How it worked
Vicinity registered 1,500 merchants into the program and signed up on almost 2 million cardholders.
